The corporation mainly manufactures two series of products which are n ondestructive checking piece and steel tube (steel bar) eddy flow(ultrasonic) crack detection serial equipments, also including forging mould, stamping mould, compression mould, plastic mould and holding devices.
Nondestructive checking pieces and facilities are widely used in the Interior quality checking of strained components used in the aviation, spaceflight, enginery, shipping, nuclear powder, electricity, petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, automobile, architecture, water conservancy and machine industry. It is also designated the exclusive manufacturer of flow-detecting check pieces by the” Ministry of electricity”, “Ministry of railway”, “Nuclear-power Operation Institution ”and headquarters of “Gas conveyance project from west to east”.
New products are as follows: Nonmental ultrasonic flow detecting check piece: Exclusive ultrasonic check piece for support insulator and porcelain-jacket, and it is used for electrified check of support insulator and porcelain-jacket in electric power plants and transformer substations, interior crack can be found effectively in early stages, which is a new breakthrough for maintenances and repairs based on condition of component.
The corporation owns modern specialized check piece and mould production lines, including advanced equipments such as high-accuracy optical jig borer, numerically-controlled electric spark, cutting line, digital lathe and miller, high-accuracy horizontal grinding machine, exterior and interior round grinding machines and etc., also including curve grinder and metal flaw detector ,specialized set detector as well as other more than 100 sets of superior equipments, and, the corporation high potential capacity of new product development.
